Terms of Use

CSO Staff is a controlled workplace application for authorized users.

Authorized use

Use the app only with an account issued to you by the participating organization. Do not share credentials, impersonate another employee or attempt to access modules outside your role.

Attendance integrity

QR and NFC actions must represent the real employee, location and work event. Offline actions may be stored securely on the phone and synchronized later. Authorized corrections are audited and the effective server timeline is the operational record.

Devices and updates

Users must maintain a supported app version, protect the device and grant only permissions needed for the selected feature. Older builds may be blocked when they can no longer provide safe or reliable operation.

Workplace records

Roster, attendance, HR, payroll and performance information is administered by the participating employer. Questions about employment decisions must be raised with the employer or manager.

Availability

The service is designed for resilient operation, including offline attendance, but maintenance, device limitations or network failures may occasionally affect availability. Report operational problems promptly.

These terms may be updated when the service, law or workplace rules change. The current version will remain published on this page.
